ERAM30ParticipantHELLO SINCE THE TOPIC WAS UPDATED THE CART PAGE DID NOT WORK, THE CART PAGE DOES NOT ALLOW UPDATE.
AVECES ALLOWS TO ADD PRODUCTS BUT AUTOMATICALLY ELIMINATES THEM
ALSO WHEN I AM WITH A REGISTERED USER IT ALLOWS TO ADD BUT IT IS NOT UPDATED WHEN I FINISH TO PAY THE PRODUCTS ARE STILL IN THE CART AND WHEN I WANT TO DELETE IT DOES NOT ALLOW, I HAVE TO EXIT THE ACCOUNT AND RETURN TO DELETE IT.
I HAVE DEACTIVATED THE CACHE PLUGUIN TO SEE IF IT IS SOLVED BUT IT IS NOT SETTLED. CHECK WITH WOOCOMMERCE AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS PROBLEM OF THE SUBJECT
please help me since my site is paralyzed because customers complain that they cannot buy because of problems with the cart

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, provide the site admin access (with Admin rights) to the private area.

Please describe your steps.
I will describe my steps. I have logged in as the user (without admin rights). You know you have configured checkout to be available for logged in users only.
Then I have placed the order.
Then I see Thank you page and I see the cart is empty as it should be. I have provided the screen above.

ERAM30ParticipantHello, I confirm that I have verified it step by step and it works but it does not update, I must click on the browser update button to update the cart. but then, when I want to make another purchase, it doesn’t allow me to remove the cart alone.

We have tested the issue on the default theme Storefront and we see the same problem https://prnt.sc/qtw5tq and https://prnt.sc/qtv071 and it means that our theme does not cause the problem.
The reason may be the plugin conflict or cache.

I’m glad you noticed the problem on my site.
the novelty in the two sites the same thing happens and I have deactivated the cache plugin and I continue with the same problem, I have consulted in the woocommerce forum and they tell me that it can be the template or the cache, could you please help me? I? from woocommerce they say that the last update is working well and that the cart depends on the template being compactable. I don’t know how to solve the cache problem.

If the problem occurs on the default theme it means that our theme does not cause the problem or influence. The cache may work on the server as well, please contact the host support on the cache settings of the server.
