WC extension – Advanced Product Labels

Hi,
I have a couple of issues displaying the labels I have created with my Advanced Product Labels extension.
They all show beautifully on the shop pages, but even though I clicked the ” Show the product labels also on product detail pages.” they do not show up on the single product pages.

Also if I display the product somewhere on the website (not in shop, but for example on a sidebar or as a teaser on the opening page) the labels are not showing.

The WC Team told me that “If the product labels are not displaying (correctly) on your product page it is usually related to the theme (or possibly a plugin) interfering.
This could either be interfering with the style, or possibly overriding WC Core template files and they may’ve removed a hook that has been used by the plugin to display the labels.”

Is woodmart supporting this plugin?
Can you recommend me what to do in order to display these plugins in the shop/start page?

Could you please ask your plugin’s developers what hooks do they use to display their labels so we can check if they exist in our theme?

the developer said that he uses these hooks:
– woocommerce_product_thumbnails
– woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title
THis is an official Woocommerce plugin.

Thanks, but what does this mean? Because the labels still do not show properly only on the shop page itself. But not on the single product page, nor if a product is inserted somewhere, like on the homepage.

It means that our theme has hooks that required for this plugin. You can contact plugin’s developers and ask why it doesn’t work with them. We don’t know what should we do in this situation. What else requirements needed from our side.
