You need to find the appropriate widget area applied on this page, and remove the Recent posts widget. Find our documentation tutorial about this here:
https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/

Please go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Edit the sidebar which you are using for the page and delete the widgets from the sidebar.
