What’s the situation, customers can’t place an order in my store?

1. You are using Layouts for the shop page, therefore you need to edit it via page builder and hide at least the sidebar with the help of the “Off canvas” functionality: https://take.ms/MGg3h
Also, add “5 columns” to the “product view” element: https://take.ms/Fc4LL
2. The languages can be customized via Appearance -> Menus -> Header right menu: https://take.ms/PlLq9

Many of the widgets displayed in your video tutorials are not the same as the widgets displayed in my background, and I followed your video tutorials without any effect and nothing changed.

1. In order to change the mobile menu, please navigate to Appearance -> Menus and set the “Mobile Side Menu” checkbox for the menu that you want to set as a mobile, check the below video for more details.
