    dear support, suddenly the wishlist icon at the product grid and single product showing the text as well, i need it back to heart icon only, check image.

    thanks for your replays.

    i think you misunderstand the issue.

    i add pictures to explain it better, wishlist button suppose to show only an heart icon in the product grid, no text. exactly like in the product styles settings.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    Then switch to the parent theme.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    i found the issue, the problem had to do with the costume css you provide me in previous ticket.

    And the site is not reachable in other browsers. Most likely the issue is caused by other plugins or child theme customization, please check once one leaving only the plugins I listed and with parent theme, clear the browser cache when checking.

    I am a bit confused what problem you have now. You write about code we have provided, please delete it, do you still see the text? If so: deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    The first issue with the wishlist is fixed, it’s was because of an wrong css code.
    The second problem I have now is with the shopping cart and wishlist icons in the header, doesn’t matter with which account I’m logging in the cart stays full and the wishlist icon shows number of products.
    Every account suppose to have its own shopping cart and not with the same products of other accounts. Check the pictures above in the other replay.

    Have you checked the issue without plugins and on the parent theme as I suggested above?

    Please create a new user and provide credentials, do now add anything to the shopping cart or to the wishlist, just create a new user and provide the credentials, I will check.

    hey Elise, i understand now why you are confused, somehow my post with the imeges didn’t posted.
    strange.

    after following your instruction i found the issue with the cart. right now i have only the problem with settings of the quantity in the widget and the wishlist icon in the header, check the the links

    When I try to check your site in Chrome it is not reachable. When I check the site in Opera, there is no problem.

    Please disable all the redirections and blocking so that your site could be reachable I will be able to check and suggest the solution or attract our development team to help in solving it.

    I look at at least 30-50 sites per day and I have never seen this problem with other site owners where the WoodMart theme is installed.

    Even when I try to search in Opera first seconds site is not reachable, then loads again then show up.

    Such behavior may be caused either by plugins or theme customization.

    this is so strange, im working on chrome and tested from different computers,ips and browsers and it doesn’t happening to me.
    anyway i disabled all plugins and switch to parent theme.
    let me know if its working for you now.

    As for the quantity in the shopping cart widget, it does not work as you have enabled the Elementor shopping cart widget in the Elementor> Settings > Integration.

    In order to check the problem with the Wishlist, we need to have several accounts to check the issue.
