Woocommerce builder from single product page getting critical error
May 10, 2022 at 5:36 pm #374672
I have created a single product page via Woocommerce builder, and it’s showing as published here: https://snipboard.io/tn2BuD.jpg, however my old Elementor page is still showing as a single product page and not the one I just created in Woocommerce builder.
Also, when I click on “preview” I then get a critical error.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

It seems like it is coming from the plugin “My Custom Functions” which I use to show the vendor’s name (under product title) via Dokan short code. This plugin & short code works for all other themes except woodmart.
Please see private content area for video.
Also, my old Elementor page is still showing as a single product page and not the one I just created in Woocommerce builder.

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Hello, I have added the info in the private content.May 13, 2022 at 4:49 pm #375702
Please remove the Elementor templates and use the templates provided by WoodMart.
The fatal error occurs due to the code in the plugin MY CUSTOM FUNCTION: https://gyazo.com/8a16ce09cb0898d09f8229f4afe211f7

“Please remove the Elementor templates and use the templates provided by WoodMart.”
I am trying to use the woodmart template (https://snipboard.io/wtrhaS.jpg) but it’s not showing on my site when I am on a product. How do I remove the elementor template so that the woodmart template will show for the single product page?
Please adviseMay 15, 2022 at 2:32 am #375967
WCFM vendor name position is controlled by WCFM plugin and cant be changed by modifying theme product hover files. WCFM vendor position can be controlled by plugin option “WCFM Dashboard => Markteplace settings => Sold By Position”. That option allow you to choose place, after which Sold by badge will be displayed: Below Title, Below Price, Below Short Description, Below Add to Cart https://prnt.sc/1qlgx5y Some Woodmart product designs didn’t allow vendor name to be placed “Below Add to Cart” button because not enough space there or it break hover layout and in that case it was hidden via CSS.
If you want to use vendor name on Woodmart Quick product design, you need:
1. Navigate to: “WCFM Dashboard => Markteplace settings => Sold By Position”.
2. Choose Sold By Position which is supported by your current product design. In case with “Quick” design, it will be “Below Title” and “Below Price” https://prnt.sc/1qlgai2
3. Save plugin settings.
Here is an example screenshot with “Quick” product design with vendor badge placed “Below Price”.https://prnt.sc/1qlg7qd

I was asking about the woodmart product template and getting it to work, not about the WCFM vendor name (btw I am using Dokan).
I’ll post my questions again:

You need to delete the templates here: https://staging.pleazo.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=elementor-app&ver=3.6.5#/site-editor/templates/product
