Woodmart conflict with Yoast SEO readability score 0

Hi, we bought and installed your theme today and we also use WP Bakery & Yoast SEO. This is necessary for our customers. Because we want to be at the top of Google.

If we install the theme in combination with Yoast, the website will not be readable on SEO content. If we disable the WP Bakery plugin, the Yoast plugin will work.

We get the following error message on all pages:

Flesch Reading Ease: The text scores 0 in the test, which is considered very difficult to read. Try to make shorter sentences with less difficult words to improve readability.

We demand that this problem be solved as soon as possible, otherwise we want our money back, because then we will not use the product!

New site indexation takes at least two weeks. The theme does not influence the Google indexation. Please make the full backup of the site and check how it works on any default WordPress theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

we have made a backup of our site and switch back to the default wordpress Twenty Twenty-One and then the readability of the Yoast SEO plugin works. But when we switch back to woodmart the readability seo score is 0 on every page?

we disabled all plugins. Here you can find our admin login.

It looks like the SEO plugin can’t find the text on your home page due to a large number of shortcodes added with the WPBakery page builder. It simply doesn’t recognize the text between these elements. But it is not a problem for SEO. Your page is readable on fronend.
As an experiment, you can create a new page and copy only text parts from your home page without any shortcode and check that parameter.

We bought this theme because we thought it was compatible with Yoast SEO. The theme just has to read the readability of the content, otherwise we can’t see what we are doing for our customers, because we are an SEO agency!

Yes, our theme is fully compatible with Yoast SEO. This issue is generated by a conflict between Yoast SEO and WPBakery and due to an enormous number of elements on your home page. But if you think that our theme is not suitable for you we can return your money back. Sorry for the inconvenience.
As for the widgets, we didn’t remove them from your website.
