userDNSParticipantHello WoodMart team,
I am facing a display issue with WoodMart elements inside Elementor editor.
Issue 1:
When I use the WoodMart Slider inside Elementor, I cannot see the slide content while editing. The content area looks empty in the editor, but when I check the preview, the content appears there.Issue 2:
I also have the same problem with the “Promo Banner” element. The title/content is saved inside the widget settings, but it does not appear correctly in Elementor, and in some cases it also does not appear in preview as expected. What I see:
– Content is entered correctly in the widget fields
– In Elementor editor, the widget looks empty or incomplete
– In some preview states the content appears, in others it does not
– This makes editing very difficult because I cannot see the real content live while building the pageEnvironment:
– Theme: WoodMart
– Builder: Elementor
– Affected elements: WoodMart Slider, Promo BannerPlease check if this is a known conflict between WoodMart widgets and Elementor editor rendering.
If needed, I can provide screenshots and private access.Thank you.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

userDNSParticipantHello,
Thank you for your response.
I would like to clarify that I am not using any third-party plugins.
Only the plugins required by the WoodMart theme are installed and active. So the issue is still happening with a clean setup (theme + required plugins only).

userDNSParticipantHello,
Thank you for your reply.
I have applied your fix for the slider (patch 715032), and I will verify it.
However, regarding the Promo Banner issue, I would like to clarify that the problem still exists and I have identified something important:
The issue is not only on my website.
I tested directly on your demo (prebuilt layout), and the same problem occurs:
* The Promo Banner content is correctly filled inside Elementor (text is visible in the editor panel)
* But on the canvas, only the image is displayed
* The text/content is not rendered visuallyThis confirms that the issue is not related to my setup, plugins, or configuration.
Please see the details:
* Elementor shows the content inside the widget settings
* But the frontend/editor preview does not render the text
* This makes the element unusable for visual editingThis looks like a rendering issue or CSS/JS conflict inside the WoodMart Promo Banner element.
I have attached screenshots showing:
1. Content present in Elementor panel
2. Content missing in visual preview
3. Same issue on your demo layoutPlease check this from your side as it seems to be a theme-level issue.
Let me know if you need access to my site for further debugging.
Thank you.
