Would you please clarify to me if I delete the WordPress application in my hosting, and reinstall it for example, and of course reinstall Woodmart, can I re apply my purchase code as many times as needed (on the same domain name, of course) it will keep working as expected and be activated every time, correct?

Second question, I can use the same purchase code to activate Woodmart on a testing environment with a second (testing) domain name, correct?

You can activate, deactivate and activate the license on your domain as many times as you need. Moreover, if you need a live and testing domain for one and the same site, you can do it.
You will need a separate license if you want to have different sites.
