Woodmart Main

On a freshly installed Woodmart theme, I’m trying to install the Woodmart Main prebuilt website. It consistently gets stuck at 15%, and then times out. I’ve deactivated all other plugins, no change. Please help.

I think it may have to do with this. Whenever I click import Woodmart Main, it hangs at 15%, and then I get about 400 of these:
