    Hello team,

I have created Sliders. Then added background image to the slider in elementor. All slider settings have been moved to Elementor Post settings. So, in those settings I have added Link. But, on the frontend if I click on that slider image, nothing happens.
I have attached the image of Elementor post settings where I have added the Link.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

You can fix it by applying patch#722824 . To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch, and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

    Hello,

Can you please let me know what was the issue ?
So, that just in case next time I face the issue, I know the fix.
If I update the theme or have to reinstall wordpress itself.

    Hello,

The issue was related to a bug in the slider link functionality when the link is assigned through the Elementor Post Settings of the Slide. Because of this, it was not clickable on the frontend even though a link was configured.

Our developers have already fixed this issue and included the fix in patch #722824. Once the patch is applied, the slider becomes clickable and redirects to the URL configured in the Slide’s settings.

Also, please note that patches are usually included in future theme releases, so after updating to a version that contains this fix, you won’t need to apply the patch again. If you reinstall WordPress, simply ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and all available patches have been applied.

    Best Regards
