jgoodsParticipantHi,
I created a new page which I assigned as the shop page but it is not displaying properly.
I only want the page to display the categories and not individual products. See screenshot of my settings.
In the preview mode of the customizer, the display is correct. However, after I exit the customizer. The individual products will be displayed above the categories.
Thanks.

jgoodsParticipantHi, please see below.
I have an additional question regarding breadcrumbs. Somehow, instead of the ‘shop’ word, it shows ‘products’. But when I click on it, it does go to the shop page. How to change the wordings?
Thanks.

Eric WatsonParticipantHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

jgoodsParticipantHi,
If I change to another theme like you ask, would I lose the settings on your theme?

jgoodsParticipantHi,
Separately, did you change any settings? There is an additional section of footer appearing on all my product pages where it shouldn’t. Previously, it was newsletter and then copyright section. How to get rid of the middle part?

Eric WatsonParticipantHi,
1) You will not lose your configurations in Theme Settings. The problem may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. You will just need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/2) You just need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and delete the widget you don’t need.
Regards
