GRID VIEW – SHOW ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

On the grid view, I have enabled “show additional information” when hovering on a product.
However, previously it was showing only a summary with 3 dots (if we want to see more).
Now it shows everything. WHy?
I wished to keep the three dotes to not pollute the screen.

You have set the list view and that is why the view has been changed. There is too little space on the grid that is why there is applied dots, and list allows to show the full excerpt length

I WANT to have those dots, but they are not getting displayed when I go on grid view.
How to display them?

Hello,
Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Product Styles and set “Excerpt” to have dots.
“Additional information” shows just piece of the content without dots.

I’m not seeing those 3 dots neither with the Excerpt!
Whether with “Additional Information” or with “Except” I don’t see the 3 dots

The dots should appear on hover. If they do not, deactivate the plugins and check the issue once more.

I have disactivate all plugins, screenshots in attachment and I tested the case, it gave the same result. Dots didn’t show up.
Now, as I am working on my website, I need to reactivate back those plugins, I have to work.. so don’t be surprized I reactivated them.
