Solar GarantParticipantHi i have lots of problems with our site. We use site audit software and find a lot of problems see image 1 and 2
Also in firerfox a lot of content is not showing up. image 3
And after mobile testing Google says the results are very bad. We did a lot off optimizing like: images, chache, use less plugins, and switching to new servers after trying 5 different ones.

Eric WatsonParticipantHello,
1) 500 Internal Error says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question. Here is an article that may help you understand the error better http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
2) We tested your site in browser firefox and pictures are loaded and everything works fine; see screenshot http://prntscr.com/m6xsut
3) We tested your website and it is really well optimized and working very fast. We tested it with GTmetrix and it gives a very high score. Google Page Speed always shows very small scores for WordPress websites and we are not able to influence it in our theme. In general, it depends on your content and how many elements and images you have on your pages.
Kind Regards

Solar GarantParticipantHi, I know that it is fast, We spend a lot of time on optimizing we know how to do and what to do.
About firefox, i think it must be my browser cache.I have seen the error log in Cpanel but nothing to found.
But what about the other errors?

Artem TemosKeymasterIf you are talking about 500 Internal Server Errors so as we said, it is hard to say what caused that errors. You need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question since we can’t check it from our side.

Solar GarantParticipantNo i am talking about dynamic url’s broken links (i did not find any broken link) but they are found by software. And other warnings as you can see. And there are a lot of wc3 errors coming from the theme.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
And if you are talking about W3C HTML standard so WordPress themes are not compatible with these outdated standards.
Regards

Solar GarantParticipantThere is one very strange thing left my footer changes several times a day. Each time after repairing it. First image is how it should be second is the change. Some items moves to widget post in menu.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
The problem may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/Regards

Solar GarantParticipantHi, Now i have still problems with my footer widgets, i installed the plugin, and did a export and after that a import. but it keeps going after some product editing. So this is not normal i can not 100 times a day do it like this with widget import.
January 15, 2019 at 12:13 pm #101993
Solar GarantParticipantI now have installed twentysixtien again. Switched ones to that theme and back. widgets all emty. So replaced widgets and now it is stable, but my mailchimp newsletter subscription is not showing up.
January 15, 2019 at 12:24 pm #101998
Artem TemosKeymasterYou need to move widgets to appropriate positions first. You can do this in Appearance -> Widgets. It is standard WordPress functionality and not a part of the theme.
January 15, 2019 at 12:34 pm #102004
Solar GarantParticipantI did so, but anyway asking questions to solve something has no sense anymore. Because it is never the theme.
Bye
