close the sign up page

How can I close the sign up page when you open the website at the first time.

Hello,

There is a “closing sign” in the page http://prntscr.com/m9k1a6

If you want to disable or edit, navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup

If it is not what you need, please provide more details
