Wp bakery shows only classic editor.

I am trying to edit a page in my website and I get only the classic editor.
WhenI click upon the wp bakery icon it redirects me to a wpbakery purchase page.

Hello, I wouldn’t know which plugin are related and which are not to the theme.
Also as it is a multisite, when you say deactivate, shall I deactivate all the network plugins or only the plugins of this particular site?

I don’t know if you have understand my problem. It’s not clear if you want me to check for my issue by myself by deactivating and reactivating the plugins. Or if you want to check the issue after I deactivate the plugins? Why else would you ask me for access to my dashboard?
You did not consider at all my notice, that this is a multisite.
Frankly, this theme produces unexpected issues and problems and the support is not clear or thorough enough.
I am providing you an opportunity to deal with a new issue that occures on your theme and you do not seem to bother.

This is not our theme issue at all. This is the issue of incompatibility between WP Bakery builder with the other plugins and we are just trying to help you to detect which plugins cause the problem. If you confirm your permission I will do it. Please note we shall bear no responsibility for any impact caused by plugin deactivation.
