Please help: Site not working on Ipad/tablets

    Hi,

    I m testing the site on ipad/tabs etc. And I notice certain issues. Please help me with them. Site link and login details are in the private content section. Currently I have deactivated all the plugins apart from basel ones but the problems still exist. Could you check this?

    1) The offcanvas menus and sidebars are not displayed when the respective icons/buttons are tapped/clicked. like shopping cart, login/register, sidebar on category pages..

    2) When I touch/tap the search icon in the header, the search box/area doesn’t appear.

    3) The basel slider I setup on the homepage is displayed on the desktop browsers and phone browsers but not on the ipad and tablets.

    Try to clear your browser cache and check again.

    Could you tell me if you’re checking on an actual ipad or a device simulator etc?
    If it’s a online device simulator, please let me know the name?

    I cleared the browser history and website data, but still it does not work..I’m on ipad mini..

    I checked it with iPhone that has the same browser and OS version and didn’t find the problem. Currently, I don’t have an opportunity to check it with a real iPad device.
