Products Element not showing consistency of products in rows?

    When I’m adding products to a page and have say 4 items per column, it shows the first four no problem and then underneath the initial 4 products, the following products are showing 2 to 3 times the size, why are they not consistent? Really frustrating, please help

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Product Style > Check if you have enabled Masonry Grid or Products grid with different sizes, if you have, disable them.

    If it is not what you mean, please provide a screen of the problem.
