Basel Theme Activation issue

    Hi,
    I am trying to activate the theme licence in live website but the following error appears.
    API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.
    Please check the attachment too and help me solve this issue.

    Hi,

    Try to contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.

    In this case, you need to contact your hosting provider and ask to investigate the error from their side to understand why the request can’t be complete.

    Perhaps it is due to a strict firewall rule.
    Maybe your IP is blocked.
    What is the request IP?
