Hello, I have the following Error message when I want to activate the theme;
“API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.”
I then contacted My server provider here their message:
“Thank you for contacting our Help Desk!
I would like to say that I have reviewed the matter, to begin with, the server already supports OpenSSL version 1.0 and later.
And by reviewing the theme support forums I was able to confirm that you will need to contact the theme vendor to properly activate your theme as you may be using the incorrect license.
Note that if you need for us to further assist you once you have contact the theme vendor you can update us here.”
