Bug on post categories

    Hi there, I have a bug that do not shows the category of each post. The only case where it works is in “related products” area. Could you help me, please? Thanks.

    Dear Elise, all the information are already in my previous post. Please take a look carefully to the screenshot and the post pages. “Senza categoria” means that the category is not set. But it is not true and you can see it also by the “category” that appears between “related posts”. There the “category” of each post appears without any issue. Please let us know. Thanks!

    HEllo,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent them if you are running the child one and provide your site admin access to the private area.

    I created a staging site and there it works normally like nothing happened. Do you have any suggestion to fix it?

    I found the plugin that was causing the issue. The bug exists only with a customized permalink for blog category. Changing the permalink from customized to simple the category button works normally. So I start to disable all plugins and I found that the issue is related with WPML. If I disable WPML the category works. I’ll contact the WPML support.
