    Button element has the option to assign a link. Enter the element and you will find.

    Hello,

    Your question is not clear enough. Do you mean Footer? If yes, navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer you will find the option.

    In order to edit the content, navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Footer Columns.

    If it is not what you mean, please clarify.
