EmmanuelParticipantHi,
On my website homepage built with wp Bakery, if i add the revolution slider i built, change of aspect restitution of my homepage occurs like :
– some product images are bluring, not others…
– In the part “Saveurs de France”, regions are supposed to appears in rectangle images that become square images when revolution slider on, and sometimes absolutly blurryI don’t understand the reason, please help me
I left revolution slider on on the website so you can see for yourself.
I have WP Rocket as caching plugin (i tried to turn it off an on again, no effect).
Thanks for your help,
Best regards
Emmanuel

EmmanuelParticipantHello,
Thanks for the link. I read it but i reallly don’t think it is the issue. As far as i see, i followed all the requirement and all products images are created at the same size (600px).
Whenever i don’t implement the revolution slider on my home page, everything is fine (like the image attached “without”).
It’s when i implement the revolution slider on my homepage that things mess around (see the second image attached “with”).My guess would be of a maximum weight for that page that create blurry images whenever the slider is on in order not to oversize the page but that don’t explain why my rectangle images for “saveurs de france” become then square images. I tried everything, maybe it’s a bug of the latest version of revolution slider ?
Any other thought ?
Thanks
Best regards
Emmanuel

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Enter the home page to the Product grid element and check the image size you have set http://prntscr.com/mrqb97
If the problem has not been solved, please provide your site admin access to the private area

EmmanuelParticipantHey Elise,
Thanks a lot. No more blu-ray images ! 🙂
Though the category background pictures on the grid view still are rectangle in WPBAKERY builder and square in production. That’s still a mistery to me.Best regards,
Emmanuel
PS : I will open right away a new topic on an other subject 😉

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The category images inherit the settings configured for product images. Please read and follow the instruction https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/
Enable “Uncropped – Images will display using the aspect ratio in which they were uploaded”
Best Regards
