Date in testimonial

    Hi,

    With the date in testimonial we are able to use the Time since function of WordPress.

    As the reviews are important for us, we have to create a review slider on homepage.

    As long as you will not create a Review slider, the easiest way is to use a template of your testimonial, but I temporarly need a date field to add in the functions.php, in order to manage the date for each testimonial by adding WordPress Time since shortcode.

    It should not take a lot of time.

    Hello,

    If you want to customize the testimonials shortcode you find its code in the file `
    inc/shortcodes/shortcodes.php`.

    Hi,

    I know how to customize shortcode, but as I explained I need a date field option (to activate or not if you prefer) in the testimonials, so that the shortcode will take the single date for the Time since and the problem is definitively solved without urgently create a new slider.

    You can customize WPBakery shortcodes fields in the file inc/vc-element/vc-config.php

    Date of testimonial like date of review should be included as option withing this element.

    Please offer this option in your testimonial

    I renewed the support just for this purpose.

    We will consider adding such option but such questions are not covered by the theme support. There is no such option in our theme by default.

    Hey Pier,
    thank you for reaching out to us!
    I just promoted your project to our experts. However, if they are still busy, they might not come to the project and talk with you.
    We are passing through a very busy period for our experts and usually they are pretty hard to get a hold on.
    If you see that in 2-3 hours nobody will come to your project, I suggest either going to local agencies, which can help you a bit more, or find an alternate platform.

    Here was my suggestion:
    We want to add a Reviews slider in homepage (from the existing one like Testimonial in Basel theme ). Some plugin are very heavy and slow down our site.

    We thought to customize a Theme element by adding a date (time) field, in order to use the Time Since option.

    Please let me know
