The submenu for the category is HTML template on the right screen. So, first of all, create the block for each category https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/html-blocks/
As soon as you have all blocks ready, navigate to Appearance > Menu, choose your category menu and add HTML ID shortcode into the Description as shown here: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/create-menu/

Ok but this block was already in the demo version I only insert the product categories so I follow the documentation https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/create-menu/ an make the configuration but only accepts the first 3 categories so I want to have the same style in the other categories

You can either edit the block as per your needs or create another block and insert the ID shortcode to the Description.
