Issue with product filter on search results

This is the website I’m talking about (http://www.febiya.com) I will give example of my issue, just search for “bags” it will fetch a lot of results all the bags in my store have “gender” attribute in place. Now tap on the filter it will show only “Women” with 3 products and no “men” gender will be displayed. The filter works fine on category navigation. The issue exists only for search results.
We tried troubleshooting via disabling all plugins as well as by switching to default wordpress theme. The issue exists as it is. Woocommerce team adviced to consult with theme provider and the same kind of issue I identified with your theme demo as well.

Yes the issue exists with storefront theme as well.
Hello,
It means that the problem is not caused by our theme, but it is the way Woocommerce search works. Woocommerce search finds the product by a keyword and our theme does not influence. We have added a feature to search by SKU in the Theme Settings > Shop perhaps it could be helpful.
