footer problem

    hi
    my footer widgets aren’t displaying on my site (url in private section)
    only the copyright line is showing
    how can fix this?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent theme and check the issue again.

    it’s not related to plugins
    i used the grid demo, the footer doesn’t appear in it
    so now i made some changes in the homepage templates & i want the footer to appear
    what should i do?

    Hello,

    By default, when you add a widget into a Footer column it appears in the Footer area. Now it does not. Please deactivate the plugins and check.

    You have disabled the footer and prefooter in your home page http://prntscr.com/mxhsl6

    If you have the same problem on other pages, check the option there.
