    Greetings, I have problems with the visualization, it seems to be a CSS error, in the prudence page of the same operate the product photo gallery carousel, the scroll arrows do not work in any product carousel. Likewise the shopping menu was damaged by categories, the Html codes that open as mega menus go out of screen.

    On a previous occasion I had a similar problem you recommended me to use the CSS generator that they provide with their theme. However for this occasion that solution does not work. I even tried updating to WordPress 5.1 to rule out if that was the problem, but it does not work either.

    sorry I meant in the *product page… so I want to add that ajax functions do not work, like to add to the shopping cart or change the preview when changing attributes, they also do not work

    I was able to solve the mentioned visualization problems, I did the following. Change the Woodmart theme, and assign the default wordpress theme … remove the plugins from woodmart core, redux and WPBakery Page Builder.

    However, the problem of displaying on the product page continues with respect to the fact that the images of the product photo gallery do not appear. Carousel type styles do not work for product images.I refer to the gallery option that appear 3 photos of the product on the left or below the main product photo.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Hi, you can access to the administration and review everything you need. At that time you can disable plugins or other things, leaving the site in maintenance mode. I do not deactivate them now because the site is in production and I have no idea how many hours you are going to review this problem.

    However, you have our authorization to do so. Likewise we confirm that Ajax does not work, nor the ajax search engine, nor the ajax preview of attributes by color.

    You have 51 active plugins and it seems that some plugin causes JS error and breaks all other scripts. Please, deactivate them all except plugins that come with our theme.
