Category Menu on Category page

Hello,
I have two questions regarding the same page element:
1. Is there any way not to show ALL the categories in the shop in the category menu here?
2. Where can I translate “Products” (in product counting)? I changed all “products” in po file and the word was translated everywhere but not here 🙁

1. Please specify where you want to display the categories? If you mean the shop title, all the existing categories will be displayed in the title.
2. Please provide your site admin access and FTP into the private area
