What is faster to load? Menu or HTML Block mega menu?

What is faster to load? Menu or HTML Block mega menu?
I am testing a menu structure and doing it on two ways;
– Via Mega menu structure of woodmart via the html blocks
– Via the normal way of building the menu’s
But what is faster? I have noticed that the current demo theme hardly use the HTML blocks for building the menu’s anymore so what is the best I can do?
Hi,
We prefer using HTML blocks if we have a lot of menu items in dropdowns. It acts much faster than adding each menu item via Appearance -> Menus.
