I have installed Basel theme but editor is not working on my server

Please navigate to Appearance > Install plugin and install and activate all. If it does not help, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent them if you are running the child one and provide your site admin access to the private area.

WP Bakery page builder Editor has appeared on pages http://prntscr.com/mzh5pv

Now the editor is working with pages only as the plugins has been configured for pages, in order to make it available on posts/products and others navigate to WP Bakery Page builder > Role Manager http://prntscr.com/lqfzji

As soon as you add a menu item, you need to save the menu, and you will see all the options. If you still do not see them, click Screen options in the right-top-corner and enable all. https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/create-menu/
