Users log in and automatically logout when try to see orders

    Users in my store are reporting an error while trying to access their account after login. Once logged in, the panel appears and, when they try to click see the Orders, for example, or Downloads, they are disconnected and asked to log in again.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Well… I just tried to change the theme for Storefront, and got the same issue. Sorry for not have tried this before post here.

    But, strange fact, log continues to generate messages related to Woodmart. Attached are the last 100 lines of my log (with Storefront active).

    Please, disable all external plugins and send us your FTP access so we can check those notices. But they are not related to the log in problem.

    Well, I think I’ve managed the situation disabling the varnish cache of the server.
    I’ll keep investigating and let you know.
