davyduboyParticipantHi
I have bought 2 licence for Basel theme, the first one is working well but last one with last version has some problems, like website is very long to load, some page doesnt load totally (only header) and conflict in links, then the website goes wrong and we can not use it. So each time it happen, i turn off all plugin then turn on again one by one, begining with only those together with basel) and i see it goes wrong only when i turn on the xtemo post type plugin. I really would appreciate you can have a look to my configuration and check what can be wrong beetween these plugins.
I have tried with both version 4.6.1 and also 4.3.0 but no difference, the conflict is still here and i dont find the solution. At the moment we talk the website is under test for some more days, so maintenance mode is on. I send you in private my acces login and pswd.

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Could you please send us a link to your website where we can see this issue? Also, disable all external plugins that are not related to the theme while we testing.
Kind Regards

davyduboyParticipantthe site is online so you can test and see the issue
https://www.parquetdeslandes.fr/boutique/ you can see this page is not loading fully, and the website is very long.
i can not see the shop page that is not loading.
The php version is 7.0.33, working fine with 5.6 but alert message in my backoffice telling the php version is too old. So with 7.0.33 it doesnt work.
It seems one plugin (CM2?) is creating the problem, i dont find which one.
I have turned off all unecessary plugin so you can test.March 21, 2019 at 8:14 am #114079
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Try to go to Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images, decrease images size for both single and catalog page and save to regenerate all thumbnails.
Also, we can’t connect your server using the FTP access you sent. Please, check it so we can troubleshoot the issue.Kind Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterMaybe images were not generated completely so you just regenerated them manually. So there is no more problem now?
