Impossible to "ADD NEW" Custom Fonts

Hi,
I’m impossible to add more than one custom fonts.
If I go on “Typography” -> “Custom Fonts” -> “Add More” Nothing happens.

I solved the issue relative to http://www.freefontconverter.com/ .
But it’s not possible to add more then one font

The credentials you provided earlier are not workable that is why I cannot enter and check.
Please create all the files formats of the second font and upload them into Media library, then I will try to add them.
Please provide your valid access.
