    Hi,
    I am getting errors when i click on the header builder why is that so.
    i want my logo to be changed its very difficult to know the exact way how to do it so
    Kindly help asap.

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Please, update WordPress and our theme to the latest versions and switch to the parent theme.

    updating has now caused an issue

    We see that some files are missed now. We can’t enter your Dashboard so you need to upload all WordPress files manually via FTP. Here is step by step instruction

    1. Download WordPress from here https://wordpress.org/download/

    2. Upload all files from the archive except wp-content folder and wp-config.php. It is important to prevent losing your data, themes, and plugins.

    3. Then try to log in to the dashboard.
