Slider Revolution And Header Banner Not Working

Header Banner
Hi there ! I have created a header banner with 1800* 50 pixel and added it in the media. I also made a change to the height of the banner to 50 pixel in mobile and desktop. It is still not fully merged with the header. In mobile it is appearing way small.
Slider Revolution : I cannot edit anything further on the Slider Revolution. Whenever I am trying to make a change in the in the computer/ laptop display of slider revolution everything is disappearing. I made a change in the mobile . It was working fine but as soon as i started customizing the desktop/tablet view it started creating trouble. Please help me out. :). Btw thank you creating such an awesome theme.

As I understand you want to have the image to cover the whole header banner, if so you would better to use the option of the background http://prntscr.com/n52iml
If the header banner does not work at all, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch to the parent theme, if you use the child and provide your site admin access to the private area
As for Slider Revolution, please advise the title of the slider I will check.
