Customize don´t appear

    Hello, when I press “Appearance – > Customize “, I see a white page. The page is empty.
    Also, when I upload images, say me that the max upload is 2M, I change the maxfilesize in server, but the number don´t increase (I update to 32M in htacces, php.ini). If I download a plugin for increase the max filesize upload, wordpress say me the max filesize is 0M (I try with 3 diferents plugins).
    I update today the template but “Appearance – > Customize ” doesn´t work.
    Could you help me?

    Thats is my main problem. The max file size is solved.

    I can´t customize my web. If I press appearance->customize (“Apariencia->personalizar”), the page is broken.
    Please, I think that is a theme problem.
