Wrong prices shown in cart with role based prices

In the cart the template shows the wrong price in the mini cart. We make use of the plugin role based pricing. This plugin worked for a long time but since not too long the wrong prices started to show in the mini-cart. When we go the the cart page the prices becomes updated and now is corrected in the mini-cart.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not? You can also check it with standard WooCommerce shopping cart widget adding it to the sidebar via Appearance -> Widgets.
