Woodmart Header Builder don't make changes

    Hi, I’m trying to make some changes to the header of my page with woodmart theme, but I just can change de color, the row size and delete all the elements that come by default in the basic header. But if I built a new one a can’t see the changes and no one image that I upload is showing. I might be doing something wrong but I don’t know what. What is happening and where I can see the error log???

    I don’t know if these could help but in console it shows me these error
    ?v=2.0:6 WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
