Support Tickets and RMA Requests with DOKAN

    Can you help explain to me how the Support Tickets and RMA Requests work with dokan.

    When a user logs in to buy something, how do they submit a ticket? Where is there a place to do that?

    Also how do they ask for an RMA request? They must have to buy something first to do that?
