– update wordpress
– deactivate all plug-ins
– isolated plug-in
– update everything

Please navigate to the Theme Setting > Shop > Catalog mode > Disable. If the catalog mode has been disabled and the problem remains, please disable all the plugin not related to the theme and provide your site admin access to the private area. If you use the child theme, switch to the parent.
