philanthropy.grParticipantHello there,
We have updated to Woodmart 3.6.1 and latest wordpress and plugins because we had problem with previous versions, but the problem persists even with latest versions.
WooCommerce Multilingual plugin seemed incompatible with Woodmart.
Of course, we tried disabling all plugins and switching themes. At first Woodmart appeared to be responsible, since everything worked fine with other themes. However, after meticulous trial and error we found the cause. We found that specifically Redux Framework plugin and WooCommerce Multilingual plugin cannot work together.
Unfortunately, wp debug and apache error logs do not point to which one is the problematic.
When these two plugins are enabled, the second language is not accessible, server load get very high and timeout occurs. Even the products list in the back end is not accessible when these two plugins are both enabled.Since Woodmart needs Redux Framework, we kindly ask for your support.
Kind regards,

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Please, describe to us your problems in a bit more details. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce it on your website. Also, deactivate all plugins that are not related to the theme except WPML and Redux.
Thank you in advance.

philanthropy.grParticipantHello there,
thank you for your response.
In private, I provide login url, username and password for an administrator account.
You can disable all plugins, this is a development website, we have tried it for ALL plugins.
The outcome is: Redux Framework plugin and WooCommerce Multilingual plugin cannot work together.
Here is how to reproduce: when one of these two plugins is enabled, front end works fine for both languages.
If you enable both these plugins, multilignual website works fine for pages, and posts but not for products, not categories, not for shop page on front end. Also, on back end, the products page is not working (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product). Like if woocommerce gets damaged.
If one of them, doesn’t matter which one, is dsabled, then products work fine in both languages again.
Screenshot is not possible, the second language does not appear, there is no screenshot to take.
wp debug is enabled.
Apache error log only shows “mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 181 seconds,” and no other useful information, no php errors.
I have, of course, notified WPML about this issue.
By the way, with –version=3.5.8 from wp cli, everything seems to work fine, however, this is not the ideal solution. What do you think? Should we be stuck with Woocommerce 3.5.8? For how long? We need this: Update action scheduler to version 2.2.2. #23162 so we need Woocommerce 3.6.
Feel free to play with this development website. We have applied the temporary solution to the production website.April 21, 2019 at 10:25 am #120163
Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
We test your website and don’t see any problems with the products. We are able to view the shop page, categories, products and also edit products in backend. How to reproduce the problem?
Regards

philanthropy.grParticipantHello again,
even though you cannot see the problem, WPML team did see the problem, they verified the problem is with WooCommerce Multilingual plugin and they have fixed it.
Therefore, we may close this ticket.
Kind regards,
