    I got error by previewing the draft product as you see in the screenshots

    note: I disabled most of the plugins and tested the preview of the product.

    Hi,

    It seems to be some compatibility issue with WPBakery and WooCommerce of the latest versions. But they are just notices so we suggest you to disable debug mode in the file wp-config.php while it is not fixed.
