Suddenly different image sizes displayed….in the BASEL shop…

In our BASEL-shop are suddenly different image sizes displayed.
We did not change the sizes of the pictures in our gallery.
How can we fix this problem?

Seems some plugins influence. Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for checking

Please provide the site admin access and page URL for the shop page. and permit to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme for the period of checking what may take up to 20 minutes.
