product search in header doesn't work

    Hi,

    please see attached screenshot of settings.

    I have set the header to have product search with categories menu, yet when I search for any product and select appropriate category it doesn’t show my any products.

    it sometimes shows me blogs, but no products. I only want it to search through products.

    please help.

    Hello,

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme for the period of checking what may take up to 20 minutes.

    Here’s the login info. Yes you can deactivate plugins as you see fit.
