Accordion Footer On Mobile

Hi,
Is it possible to have an accordion footer for mobile on Basel? I have created a HTML block with accordion which I want to use and I put it into a footer column and it works fine, however, on mobile it still has the normal footer above it. Is there any way to disable this?

One more thing, how do I change the font when writing a text block. I have changed it in settings to Lato but I need it to be 300 Light and not 400 but there is no option to do this?

Please navigate to the Dashboard > Plugins > deactivate all excepting these http://prntscr.com/m8bny3 test the issue, if it works well, activates your plugins one by one checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

So should the normal footer naturally be disabled on mobile if I add the HTML block with accordion to the footer widget or is there some code or setting that needs to be added first?
With regards to the font, it does not allow me to choose a font weight or style for the ‘text font’. Is there any coding that can resolve this?
