Questions About Product Shop and Individual Product Pages

Hello Xtemos! I have a couple of questions:
1-Why do related products differ (for a single product) on mobile than those from those on the desktop? Is there a way to fix this so that they’re both consistent?
2-Is it possible to change the standard products per page to start with 36 or 48? In the settings, I listed 48 but for some reason, the number of products keeps defaulting to 12. Am I doing something wrong? (I attached a screenshot from my settings for this)
3-Is there a way to get rid of the “download image” text on mobile devices for the products zoom pages? (Screenshot attached)

Hello,
1. What do you mean “differ”? Do you mean design or list?
2. You can set any number of products in the Theme Settings > Shop
3. By default, our theme does not show the option. Try to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check again.

Hi, Elise. When I stated different, I meant that different products were featured under “Related Products” on my mobile device than the related products featured on my desktop device. Is there a way to make them more consistent? I want the exact “Related Products” list on my desktop to appear on my mobile device.

There is no option to set one product on the desktop and another for mobile. Woocommerce does not provide such an option and our theme does not have either.
