We seem to have some issues regarding our variable products and the swatches that are showed. All of our variable products have variations, but none have prices so none of them should be able to be selected.
Most of our products are showed as ‘variable-prd-no_variation_filled_in.jpg’, for this example I took ‘Quick In Ponytail Steil’. So all declared variations are immediately visible on the product page and can be selected. If a selection is made the error ‘Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.’ shows up beneath the swatches.
Now suddenly for some products they show up as ‘out-of-stock-variable-prd.jpg’. So this translates to ‘This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.’ (Quick In Ponytail Krul). Same story here, none variations have a price so initially shouldn’t be able to be selected. After I fill one variation with a price however, it shows up as ‘variable-prd-one-variation_with_price.jpg’ (Quick In Ponytail Krul 2).
As you can see the attributes for both products are the same: ‘Lengte/or Length’ and ‘Kleur/or Color’ but do have different terms selected.
Do you know what might be happening here?
