Demo Retail Slider Slow to load + Product Page issues

    Hello,

    My product page is not working properly with image gallery and zoom. Can you please reset it to this: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/lighting/montes-scelerisque/demo/retail/

    Also, the home slider on the demo retail page takes quite some time to load. Can you provide a way to improve the load speed for this?

    Finally, the add to cart function isn’t working as seen in the demo. Can you please fix that.

    Hello,

    As for the image on a product page, please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue again.

    The Silver Revolution takes time to load it is the way it works and our theme does not influence. We suggest our Woodmart slider which is lighter and quicker https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/woodmart-slider/

    Hi – Thanks. I’ve disabled external plugins and now the images work.

    I’ve activated product countdown timer and progress bar but it doesn’t seem to take effect on the products.

    I also asked the question of how do we change our product page to this style: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/lighting/montes-scelerisque/demo/retail/ : to show related products and products you might like.

    Also, we want to switch back to the original checkout effect instead of what we’re seeing now. Please see the attached.
    Finally, how do we switch to woodmart slider?

    Hello,

    Counter: make sure you have set the schedule for the sales. Please send the product URL with the progress bar.

    Set showing related products in the Theme Settings > Product page > Hide and show elements

    You may also like products here is the instruction: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/

    Action after adding to cart: navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Action after add to cart: popup/widget/nothing – chose what you had before.
