Mobile version Header Icons become Blur on Scroll

On the mobile version, when I scroll down, the header icons- favicons and logo gets blur. See the images attached.

Please upload a separate smaller image for the sticky header with the height no more than 60px, if it does not solve the problem, provide admin rights for the user. Leave the credentials in the private ara only.

Uploaded new logo with height less than 60px, still the same. The favicons also become blur. Gave Admin permission.
